1. Data collection

• User preferences set through commands (Kept until manual deletion through user)
• Metadata regarding user interactions with the bot (through commands and voice activity) including time and date, user id, channel id, server id, user preferences. (Kept for 30 days)
• Transcripts of voice recordings (Kept for 30 days)

2. Data processing

The data we collect is either directly required to provide the service or is used for general quality assurance and context for bug fixing and, therefore, again helping in providing the service reliably.

3. Data sharing

In order to provide the service reliably, we rely on subprocessors. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more details. Our subprocessors include:

• Hetzner (Operations)
• Google Cloud (Operations)
• Backblaze (Backup)

We don’t use or share any data for purposes other than providing the service. We’ll never sell your data!
